Mindful Gratitude is about focusing on areas that deserve your appreciation. This gratefulness in turn cultivates connects with our inner self, those around us, and our surroundings. The key is to abandon distractions and stresses that divert us from the needs of our true, authentic self. By releasing the hold of distractions, we allow ourself to concentrate on being present in the moment, and hence relaxing to savor a complete experience of thankfulness.
