Join us for this retreat experience in Michigan's natural beauty. This special sanctuary weekend will focus on 'reaping and receiving' activities utilizing the five types of sylvotherapy (shrin-yoku "forest-bathing") - curative, culinary, creative, recreational, and spiritual.
This trip will include visiting some of the local natural areas. We will also visit the farm/nature center that is home to a Saron Sophia Sanctuary educarional community garden, Maybury Farm in Northville, MI.
Booking Options - up to five guests and 1 pet:
Accommodations are in an nature cottage near Whitmore Lake, MI.
Minimum of one onsite meals each day as group culinary activity (additional food/meals not included in fee)
