This 'meditative melody' session includes equestrian activities along with a sylvotherapy (forest bathing) meditative session or hike with horses. Certified instructors will lead the group through all activities. Attend one or more sessions.

A tour of our ranch, including meeting the small animals
Stations in the arena where you will learn how to interact with horses, how to groom them, haltering and leading them, and you can learn what “Body Works” is and how we do it
You will then take part of a meditative melody session with Leona from Saron Sophia – Nature based wellness either seated in the arena…
