Join us for this retreat experience in Lake Michigan's natural energy among the beauty offered at Christopher Gardens. This special sanctuary weekend will focus on 'reaping and receiving' activities utilizing the five types of sylvotherapy (shrin-yoku "forest-bathing") - curative, culinary, creative, recreational, and spiritual.
This trip will be a rare full immersion experience on this private garden property in Sheboygan.
